While OK Rent A Car will use good faith efforts to satisfy requests for vehicles with Adaptive Driving Devices by customers with disabilities as soon as reasonably practical, we may require up to three weeks’ notice for vehicles equipped with these devices. The timeframes are subject to delays beyond OK Rent A Car’s reasonable control.

3. Surrogate Drivers

Customers with disabilities who do not have a driver’s license can still rent with OK Rent A Car when accompanied by a surrogate driver who presents a valid driver’s license. Minimum age restrictions and other normal rental qualifications apply, but there is no additional charge for the surrogate driver. The surrogate driver does not need to produce a credit card or meet our financial underwriting requirements.
